Cheesy Biscuit Bomb

I adapted this Oh, Bite It! recipe after I found it on Pinterest. It is so quick and easy to make, but the perfect supporting piece to Italian classics like chicken parmesan, spaghetti and lasagna.


  • 1 container Grands buttermilk biscuits
  • 8 oz mozzarella (or other favorite cheese)
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 clover garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Cut cheese into eight (8) 3/4″ or 1″ cubes
  • Pop open biscuits and flatten each. Place one cube of cheese in center of biscuit and fold around cheese to seal into a ball (make sure to seal tightly so cheese doesn’t escape when baking)
  • Repeat with remaining seven (7) pieces and place biscuits on baking sheet
  • Melt butter in small saucepan and add garlic to infuse
  • Brush butter over biscuits. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese on top of biscuits
  • Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown
  • Serve immediately!

Garlic Cheese Bread

I’ve made this Pioneer Woman recipe for Garlic Cheese Bread a couple of times, and it is as delicious as it looks – albeit admittedly not very healthy.


  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup colby jack cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 mayonnaise
  • 4 whole green onions, white and light green parts minced
  • 1 loaf crusty French bread
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced


  • Preheat oven to 425°
  • Mix cheeses with mayonnaise and green onions. Set aside or keep in fridge until you need it (allowing the flavors to meld together)
  • Cut loaf in half, then each half into half again
  • Melt up to 2 Tbsp butter in a skillet over medium low heat and add 1/4 minced garlic. Place 1 piece of loaf facedown in the skillet and swirl to soak up garlic and butter. Allow bread to toast lightly in skillet but do not let garlic get too brown.
  • Repeat with remaining garlic, butter and bread.
  • Spread cheese mixture on warm loaves and bake about 10 minutes, until cheese is hot and bubbly
  • Slice and serve
